The Yellow Heart Scheme was designed by Dave Sleet from Ayanay Psychological Accreditation in memory of Ted Murphy.  'Supporting someone before a crisis is easier than grieving for them after a crisis'. 
 
This paperwork structure has been developed by Nettie  Forsyth and is a dedicated pre-emptive project that allows people ot reinforce their connections before negative mental health and a crisis takes hold.
